The winery is a classified facility and as such rigorously adheres to the environmental legislation, extending to the management of risks to the vicinity, the fauna, flora and the recycling of its principal waste matter (cardboard, lees, tartar and wastewater).
Within this context, an action plan is implemented with a view to preventing risks and accidents.
||The scope of certification covers the reception of grapes through to end product sales. It comprises all stages of vinification, bottling and marketing. Our quality management system is ISO 9001 (version 2008) certified.
This quality system is based on the optimisation of our resources through a better organisation of our services. To this end, we have frequently called upon the observations of our partners and clientele in surveys, meetings and internal audits.
Our quality manager also assists our winery associates in technical choices to be made for their plots. This approach ensures a gain in quality and ensures together with the traceability of our cultural practices.
This quality approach is also expressed in the production of 2 organic cuvées: « Altisud » red & rosé.
